Meet Nel & Lauren
Welcome to Peony (Nel) and Pose (Lauren). We met when we were 11 years old, and have remained the best of friends through school, university, marriages, babies and general life! We have brought together our passions to create dreamy events and workshops, where you can immerse yourself in the beauty of yoga and flowers.

Florist
Nel has always been passionate about flowers, and after working in corporate London for over a decade, she decided to delve into the world of floristry and complete her career course at The Sussex Flower School. She's a mum to a lively toddler, so definitely understands the need for "me time".
Favourite Flowers: Peonies and Frilly Tulips.
Favourite Yoga Pose: Child's Pose (with hands on adjustments from Lauren!)
Lauren
Yoga Teacher - RYT 500 Yoga Alliance
Lauren has been practising yoga for 10 years and has clocked up over 500hours of training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and Mandala. She is passionate about travel and will find any excuse to go abroad for extra training. She used to be a full time primary school teacher, and now does a little bit of supply teaching.
Favourite Flowers: Peonies and delphiniums.
Favourite Yoga Poses: Downward Facing Dog and ALL the arm balances.
