Autumn checklist: complete ✅️

We loved welcoming an awesome group of ladies for the first of our sold-out autumn events.

🍁The morning started with some super chilled yoga followed by intention setting for the new season.

🤎Then we wrapped up, filled our flasks with herbal teas, and set off for a blustery and beautiful countryside walk through vineyards and orchards.
Along the way, we foraged a few extra bits for our wreaths, like rosehip and old man's beard.

🍂When we got back to the studio, we enjoyed some tasty seasonal soup, before Nel led us through the autumn wreath workshop.

🧡The day was finished off with a guided tasting of four Brenley wines and mini grazing boxes.
