Think: feel-good movement, a dreamy brunch, and getting creative with gorgeous seasonal flowers. It’s your perfect pre-summer reset – fun, flowery, and full of good vibes.
What’s in store:
10am - 10.15am Welcome and make yourself comfortable.
10.15am - 11.15am A chilled-out yoga session suitable for all levels including complete beginners.
11.20am - 12.10pm A seriously tasty grazing table brunch serving up freshly baked chocolate croissants, natural Greek yoghurt with granola and fresh fruit & salmon and cream cheese open bagels. Plus unlimited hot drinks.
